ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared for dispatch according to the fulfilment timeframe communicated at checkout. Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery information are shown before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Metropolitan France: approximately 7–10 business days from dispatch.
International: approximately 15–20 business days from dispatch.
These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer because of weekends, public holidays, carrier disruption, exceptional events or customs processing.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched.
