RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For eligible distance purchases, consumers in France and the European Economic Area generally have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must generally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal request.

INTIMATE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain sealed products once they have been unsealed after delivery.

If you may want to return an intimate product, please keep the protective seal intact, do not use the product and keep its original packaging and protections.

RETURN COSTS

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer where this was disclosed before purchase.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can determine the appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law and normally using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be delayed until the returned goods are received or proof of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first.
