Is my order discreet?

Absolutely. Your privacy matters to us. Orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging with no obvious reference to the products inside.

Will Naughty Little Thing appear on my parcel?

We keep the outside of your parcel as discreet as possible. Your order details and its contents are handled with privacy in mind.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

How do I care for my toy?

Care instructions vary by product and material. Check the individual product page and always follow the manufacturer's guidance.

Can I use lubricant with my toy?

It depends on the material. Water-based lubricant is generally the most versatile option, but always check the specific product instructions first.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take?

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in metropolitan France and 15–20 business days internationally from dispatch. These are estimates and may vary due to carriers, public holidays, customs or exceptional circumstances.

Do you ship internationally?

Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. Some products or destinations may be subject to local restrictions.

RETURNS

Can I return a product?

Eligible distance purchases are generally subject to a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products that have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for withdrawal.
